At Red Dragon Darts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment. If your new darts or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all flights, shafts, and points are included. Secure the items in a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Red Dragon
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location. Please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
